Emails were sent to not only alert employees of the upcoming event, but to let them know we understand their pain. And to give them time to prepare their hearts – and their award entries.
ICF Next live-posted the event with internal (Yammer) social posts to go along with a fully orchestrated awards show with hors d’oeuvres and drinks, speakers, a photo booth, comfort food, and, of course, the presentation recognizing the winning ideas – at long last.

Creative ideas are the lifeblood of our industry. We create them with care, defend them with passion, and—when its their time to leave this mortal coil—we mourn them deeply. It’s because of this effort that goes into developing ideas, that ICF Next Creative Studio takes the time to honor the best ideas we’ve developed throughout the year so that we may fully appreciate the ones we’ve lost. It was with that loss in our hearts, that this campaign was created.
